The service
promenadaap.com is the official direct-booking website of the Promenada Cazino apartment in Constanța, run by its owner, a private individual. Booking works as request-and-confirm: submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation until our explicit confirmation, normally sent within 24 hours.
Payment
After confirmation, payment is made by bank transfer within the deadline stated in the confirmation email. If payment is not received in time, the reservation is cancelled and the dates are released. Nothing is charged when submitting a request.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and changes are communicated by email to rezervari@promenadaap.com or by phone. The conditions applicable to each reservation are those communicated at confirmation.
House rules
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Maximum capacity: 8 guests. Non-smoking apartment (smoking is allowed outside, in the garden). Pets only with prior approval, for a fee. The garden is the private access path, not a lounging area, out of respect for the neighbours. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
Loyalty programme
Benefits for returning guests (discounts, early booking access) are offered as a courtesy to account holders, based on nights from completed stays, and may be adjusted over time. Full details are visible in your account after signing in.
