Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send a booking request we collect: name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and any notes you send us. The legal basis is the performance of the accommodation contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep a history of reservations (including platform bookings, where you share them with us) for accommodation records, applicable legal and tax obligations, and our returning-guest benefits programme. Returning guests are identified primarily by phone number.

Your bank details are not collected by this website; payment is made directly from your bank to our account.

How long we keep data

Reservation data is kept for as long as legal and tax obligations require; benefits-programme data for as long as you wish to participate. You may request deletion at any time of data no longer needed for a legal obligation.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Data may be processed by our technical providers strictly to run the website (web and email hosting — Hostinger) and, where a booking comes via a platform, by that platform under its own policies.

Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies (the login session for protected areas). We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights, write to rezervari@promenadaap.com — we reply within 30 days.
